I just received a call from a vendor I work with, and he wants to take me to dinner tomorrow.
Here are the limitations.
1) He doesn't eat seafood. 2) Over the last year we've been to Masa's, Myth and Boulevard. 3)I think Gary Danko and The Ritz are just a bit much when I am not paying, and seeing its a business relationship, I am not looking for a meal that lasts much longer than 3 hours. 4) It should be an easy taxi ride from a downtown hotel. 5) The menu should allow a relatively conservative eater to fully appreciate the kitchen.
I have yet to eat at the following: Acquerella, La Folie, Fifth Floor, Campton Place, Fleur de Lys, so if they match the requirements, which should be on the top of my list.
