Where's an excellent porterhouse in the Bay Area?

So I've been slimming since January 2nd. I'm getting very close to my halfway landmark (15 pounds on a 30 pound journey) and will thus have earned a reward.

Currently I'm thinking it should be the best damn steak (most likely porterhouse) in existence. Any recommendations?

I want flavor. I want prime, dry-aged beef. I don't give a rat's ass about brand name silliness like "Fancy-Pants Ranch beef" or "This cow lived Sonoma, got massages and played poker every Friday".

And I want it cooked properly - what chef in the the Bay Area can reliably hit "Black & Blue"? If so, I want him (or her) cooking my steak.

I don't care about sides, desserts or fancy sauces.

FYI - I'm from cow country so if it doesn't work out, I'll have my steak when go back for a visit in April.
