Steven Shaw has written what I feel is the best critique of the Zagat guide to date. It appears in this month's issue of Commentary Magazine, I have attached the link. The author is an attorney in the City and is the dining critic for Edifice Rex.com. He has his own site which I think is great at www.fat-guy.com. I would be interested to hear what people think of the Zagat article. I think us chowhounds can appreciate it.
