My girlfriend and I had dinner at EVOO saturday night after a few recomendations on this board. I thought it was great. The service was a little slow at times, but I liked that we were never rushed.
For starters we got the 3 spring rolls with 2 dipping sauces and a bowl of french onion soup - her favorite. Both were very good. For dinner I had the tenterloin which was cooked perfectly. I was surprised by the size for the price. Very good. She had the scallops and shrimp wantons. She liked it, but wasn't crazy about the sauce it came in. We split the Trifle for dessert and I added the Citron Drop which was made with fresh squeezed orange juice. Nice way to end the meal.
A table of about 5 women next to us all ordered the Chinese Box. It looked great and I almost ordered it. I'll have to return. Good food, good service, while still being fairly casual. Parking was a little tough though. The small lot fills fast and street parking is a challenge.
