Does anyone remember a small Red Bank restaurant in the 1980's called Everybody's Cafe? Later I believe it was called the Eurasian Eatery. They had a delicious cheese soup on their menu that I've never seen anywhere else. It was thick and creamy with loads of shredded carrots in it, and probably potato too. If anyone can share this recipe or knows who the chef was, I would appreciate it!
