I've seen a few references to this restaurant on this board, but no review. Seeing as I'm a bit new to the area and live only a couple blocks away I decided to give it a try, and I must say I'm impressed. Reasonable prices, great food, good service (we were served by the owners themselves!)
We started with the popped rice appetizer, which is boldy flavored, and has a unique texture. Plus it sounded like Rice Krispies (Snap! Crackle! Pop!) which I found irresistibly cool. I then had the lamb dumplings, and my wife had rice with lamb and chickpeas. I liked both of these, but the dumplings were by far the best. They're a bit doughier than the chineese dumplings I've had, but that's the way I like them. They came with a serving of flatbread. Overall very nice meal.
