I'm taking my 18 year old vegetarian daughter to the Marian Koshland Science Museum next week, and we want a good lunch. (We'll be coming by train and subway). It's at 6th and E Streets, one block from MCI.
We had a spectacular 'barrio cuisine' meal in New York - Mexican and other Central American foods, with lots of vegetarian options, including the corn fungus that starts with an 'h', so that would be one idea. An alternative might be Moroccan or unusual Italian.
We don't want a formal place; just great food, with a variety of veggie options. Thanks!
