I was wondering if other hounds had any suggestions on brewing the perfect bean. We have a Krups machine and I am a latte and cappuccino lover, but just don't know how to make the perfect cup--my husband isn't bad.(don't know what happened to the machine's instructions and the website was no help)
Anybody have any suggestions about proper technique and creating just the right blend of milk and espresso? I am a fan of Starbuck's lattes - so I am keeping that standard in mind. Also-what brands of espresso do people find to be tasty?
And-if anyone knows how to make hot chocolate using the machine that would be helpful, too. That is, do I make a chocolate syrup using cocoa and a little milk and then froth the rest of the milk?
