My husband and I have finally got back around to our normal eating habits which include low(er) carb, lean meats and lots of veggies. I'm going full throttle with my exercise this year which means I'm not home to make dinner 4 nights a week. While my husband doesn't mind cooking (and he's actually really good at it), he's quickly getting sick of the task. I think a good slow cooker meal once or twice a week will help him deal LOL
Slow cooker recipes for me are pretty much the same few things - chili, beef stew, bbq and pot roast. While I don't object to any of these, I need some new ideas...even if they are new takes on my staples.
