I have to type with one hand because I can't stop eating my newly arrived Morat's English Muffin Bread. Jim recently wrote about the wonders of english muffin bread (chow alert? can't remember at the moment, brain clouded by muffin bread bliss) and included a link to Morat's Old Tiffany Bake Shop in Michigan along with other links to other sources. I chose Morat's because I liked their website and their packaging. Anyway, I can't tell you why it is so much better than an enlish muffin -- don't get me wrong, l've enjoyed thousands of english muffins since birth -- but IT IS.
