Vegetarian & Vegan

encouraging partial vegetarianism & veganism

Rory | Mar 10, 201509:25 PM     6

I'm 85% vegan, 99% vegetarian, am an ethical vegetarian, though I get a big health benefit and just want to encourage others that being partially veg/vegan is a great thing. There seems to be a belief that you must be 100% vegetarian or vegan and if you're not you've "failed" and then people totally leave being veg/vegan. I see a lot of ex-vegetarians, ex-vegans who return to full time meat eating. But really moderation is great and okay. So if you need to eat meat once a month or even once a week you are still doing a power of good for animals and your health. It doesn't have to be 'all or nothing'. For those that are trying to be veg, go easy on yourself!
