Enamel cast iron - pls help identify my vintage saucepan

aliinnc | Dec 22, 201012:57 PM

I just bought an enamel cast iron saucepan with lid on Craigslist. It's flame colored, has a pour spout, and a beautiful wooden handle. The interior enamel is a pale gray. The only mark I can find is embossed letters on the underside of the lid that appear to read LSP2. The woman I bought it from bought it used 15-20 years ago, so I have no idea how old it is.

The pan is VERY heavy. I have a LC saucepan, and this is heavier. The 2 quart pan alone weighs just under 4 pounds.

The lid is flame with a shiny black knob similar in shape to LC> (The photo didn't make it.)

Thanks for any and all help!
