Empress Pavillion for crab

Someone below mentioned having crab with noodles at Empress Pavillion. I've only been there for dim sum and was wondering how it is generally for dinner, and in particular how the crab is served.

Best Chinese crab I've had lately was at Sea Harbour on Rosemead, with a very close second being the ginger crab you get at the Universal Hilton buffet...gigantic chunks of tender, juicy meat with just the right tough of ginger. Heck, now that I think of it the latter is probably a much better value since the price of the SH meal (basically just the crab) equaled that of the whole buffet...
