I work at the Spanish Table & we are always being asked by tourists (& locals) where to go get good & authentic paella in Seattle. Since I make my own at home, I never order it when I go out. Does anyone have comments on the paella served at Andaluca, Madrid 522, Tango, Copacabana etc? FYI, Harvest Vine does not serve paella anymore, so that's no longer an option.
