and they're epic.
We had a great cheap dinner last night at Embarcadero. I admit to being a bit surprised at how good it was.
2 dozen assorted fabulous oysters, including Malpeques, Tomimotos, etc.
I had a very good seafood pasta with perfectly done prawns; caesar salad was well prepared; oysters florentine out of this world ... good pasta primavera.
All the above, plus 2 desserts (a totally respectable new york style cheesecake), and a bottle of Sauvion Muscadet: $45 per person including tip.
I was impressed.
