A few years ago I wrote about my first electric smoker. Well, I have a new one, a Smokin-it 3D. It is a fantastic smoker and a real bargain. All stainless steel inside and out, insulated, controlled by a PID, and because of it's depth can stall entire whole packer briskets with having to cut them down to fit. I have done ribs and briskets so far and all have turned out wonderful. And like my Cookshack, I did not have to constantly tend it. Once the unit was turned on, I just walk away. And unlike my Cookshack Amerique, a very good smoker that has given me 4 years of great Q,, it costs far less. A lot less.
