While not a piece of cookware (any more than a knife is) I do use an electric Rival slicer that is decades old. And now I m thinking about upgrading. I am looking at the LEM 10 inch Big Bite and the Edgecraft Chefs Choice model 672. Does anyone here have any first hand experience with either of these machines? I know from prowling the web and downloading manuals that there are many clones or dead ringers for these models from all outward appearances with some minor (major?) differences regarding their internals. I do a lot of slicing and vac sealing/freezing of large cuts for lunches and such. So any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
