I have a regular stove top pressure cooker, but for the time being I am living in a hotel in New York and all I have are a warming tray, toaster oven, crock pot and electric skillet. I really miss the pressure cooker though. Especially for steamed veggies and making a quick pot of beans. I saw an electric pressure cooker in a store last week and started thinking...but I am just not sure if it will be worth it. any advice? Suggestions for which one to buy? Thanks!
