I'm sure a lot of people are dealing with this kind of situation. My sweet father-in-law gets around just fine...practices law...and still golfs 18 holes...and he's 92. He's sharp as a tack, but now that my mother-in-law is infirmed food is an issue. They have a house keeper and someone who shops for them and even a home health aide...but I want to keep stocking them up with homemade food. We've done well with frozen soups and various kinds of chicken dishes....but I need more ideas to serve just two. He doesn't cook AT ALL. So this has to be things he is just reheating. Do you have any suggestions on things that freeze well and would be appealing to an elderly couple? Thank you so much!
