Will be serving up some Pozole verde (Green Pork hominy stew) in the tradition of the great state of Guerrero - according to the most recent ad in the Spanish sd weekly, El Latino.
The pumpkin seed, tomatillo and herb base makes this soup special and different than the typical red chile or white as does the accoutrement - I hope they give you a Piece of Chicharron!

I am going to see if work will let me get there next Thurs. - I heads up on the Chow group if I can make it.
