After several positive reports here, we stopped in for lunch yesterday, and can assure you we WILL be back again. While the lunch prices are comparatively high ($7.95 - $8.95 for sandwiches, one dollar more for a platter) they are large, even by dinner standards. I suspect that the entrees are basically the same at dinner, but priced about $4 more. The ground lamb kabob was actually not ground so much as chopped, leaving a texture to the meat that was a vast improvement over most of these. The spicing not so overpowering that the lamb flavor was masked, and still managed to be moist. My beef, supposedly cooked rotisserie style, with seasonings was marvelous and plentiful. Each platter comes with pilaf, red onion salad (which went better with the beef than the lamb, IMO) and cabbage salad and a fire grilled jalapeno. all wonderful (watch the fiery jalapeno!). Gratis dips of mint yogurt and hot and spicy red pepper went beautifully with very hot slices of thin pita bread. They have a liquor license, but we did not think to look at the wine list - sorry. A marvelous find. Next time, we may order up 4 appetizers adn call it dinner, or bring several friends to share the appetizers.
