i've been eating a lot of both shelled edamame and edamame in pods lately. i'm trying to keep my snacks on the healthier side and i love the protein and fiber content of edamame.
my current worry is sodium intake. i tend to really salt these guys, sometimes with additional freshly ground pepper or toasted sesame seeds. i've even tried rice wine vinegar...not my fav unless i'm making a salad.
so, my question is do you have any other serving suggestions for snacking on edamame that's not salt heavy?
