Picked this up last week at Home Depot...a little pricey but when you consider no more burnt ribs I figure it's paid for itself. It was around $28, a Weber item in two parts.
It warns you when you are within 5 degrees of your goal temp plus this allows you to monitor the temperatures for varying levels of doneness. No more in and out of the door 5 times to check the meat.
Fun to discover a new tool that will be used many times and that makes my life just a bit less hectic. Anyone out there that uses one of these?
