New rest in the North end ate there last night. Had the long island duck brest on top of mashed potatos with a balsamic and black fig reduction. Never had duck at an italian rest before but it was great. also had a bite of the rigatoni with braised eggplant which was also great. Definately more upscale( similar to bricco or lucca) than your normal chicken parm rest, but the prices and quality go hand and hand. Chef is from scalientena(sp?) so you know its quality. Oh yeah also graet pannacotta and a lemon and raspberry tart.
