I just picked up a wedge of Saga bleu cheese that I got for a low price ($4.29/lb.) and would like to know how I can best enjoy it. I often eat cheese by itself, but this brie-like cheese is so creamy and runny that it seems to just dissolve in my mouth after a chew or two. I feel like it needs an accompaniment that will give it a little more body and substance so I can savor it longer but water crackers seem a little too plain and tasteless. Can anyone recommend a good cracker, bread or other cheese-delivery medium?
