Is it possible to eat well in Paris with 4 yr old? SO STRESSED OUT!

The last meal I had in Paris was 5 years ago sans bebe at Le Cinq and it was excellent. I've never had good experiences with Parisian bistros though and hope to correct that.
This time around, we have a kid in tow and are staying at St. Germain Blvd./Raspail for 2 days/2 nights en route to a driving tour of Europe. We'll be landing early morning so I'm worried that jet lag is going to take over and ruin our trip. Should we bother making reservations the first day??
I've researched all your wonderful suggestions but is it possible to eat well with a child with us? We have 4 adults and 1 child so should we split up to take turns going to nice restaurants?
Need HELP and suggestions please.
We'd love to try some classic French cuisine. Are any of the following ok with kids and any close to our hotel (Blvd St Germain/Raspail)
l'Atelier
L'Arbuci,
L'Epi Dupin,
L'Os a Moelle,
Aux Lyonnaise,
Arpege,
Lucas Carton
Mon Vieil Ami
Dominique Bouchet
Le Meurice
L'Entredgeu
Helene Darroze
Jean Pierre Carton
Le Violon d'Ingres
