I'm going to Japan next month, 14-30 May
I've done all my planning on where to go,
now on my last stage of research which is where to eat.
There are so many options on where to eat in Japan, and all looks good, but I just want to make sure we utilise our time for the best experience.

we will also going to Kinosaki Onsen (kaiseki at hotel), Takayama (kaiseki at hotel), Kanazawa, Nara and probably Nikko if we have time.
that's what I have so far, what I wrote there is not final, but that's what I've found so far from my research. still lot more can be added to the list, especiall those with ?? lol
Do I need reservation for any of the restaurants listed above?
really guys, so many readings and suggestions out there, but I believe experience and word of mouth is the most trusted review.
