I teach a Hispanic culture class to 10th grade students and part of our course is that we sample traditional foods on Fridays. There is no way to cook or heat in our classroom, so I'm a little limited in what I can do. This Friday, I am planning on introducing them to dulce de leche. I've made a batch already and my question is: what do I bring along for them to eat it on? Usually in my house it either goes onto alfajores, which I do not have time to make right now, or on a spoon straight out of the container!
Any suggestions for easy vehicles for dulce de leche will be greatly appreciated (bonus points for cheap!).
