Widely thought to be the best cheeseburger in the city, it's also one of the messier things you can insert into your face. Fat juicy beef patty, melting cheese, sauteed onions, thick slice of tomato, ketchup and mayo just barely contained by one of those buns that seem designed to disintegrate upon contact with moisture.
HLing came up with this neat trick, inspired no doubt by all the Korean and Vietnamese food we eat:
1. Assemble your burger, leaving out the iceberg lettuce.
2. Cut burger into quarters.
3. Wrap the iceberg lettuce leaves around the burger quarters, and eat!
(4. Ignore locals staring at you.)
