I apologize for this unseasonal query, but Ill be taking my family of four to Paris during Easter of 2004 and I want to know what to expect. Specifically, given the penchant for restaurants in Paris to be closed on Sundays and Mondays, am I likely to strike out completely on Easter Sunday and on what the French call Easter Monday? Will anything be open? We are a food-loving family (got my sons started early), so I anticipate meals that run the gamut from local bistros to a couple of three stars. So, any suggestions on how to plan for that weekend (and the week that follows), or should I expect that Paris as we know it will shut down? Thanks for any advice.
