Easter Menu Spiral Ham and......Help!!!!

We are hosting Easter dinner and are hit a roadblock with a lack of culinary creativity. The Big question - What to make with a Spiral Ham. Here is the menu so far:


Pita Bread Crisps with a White Bean and Garlic Dip,

Boccocini (small Fresh Mozzerella balls), Fresh Basil wrapped with prosciutto in phyllo dough and heated until warm and gooey

Asparagus and Parmigainno Reggiano Cheese Puffs served warm out of the oven

Assorted Olives

Soppresato slices

Salad Course

Ceaser Salad with a Blue Cheese Ceaser dressing, sounds weird but very original and very good

Main Course

Spiral Ham and we have no idea what to make for sides. We feel like the spiral ham is "cheating" or a short cut since we just out it in the oven without any real prep. So we are looking for some original sides that can add a WOW factor to the main course. Any Ideas for great sides?
