They estimate the power will go back on in 2 hours.
I put it in the oven at 9:30 @450 and then reduced it to convect 250 30 minutes later.
Options 1:I could wait and then cook it at 325 as the initial NYTimes recipe suggested.
Options 2:I could bring it to my son. Who lives in a dorm. :(
Option 3: I could cook in on our weber grill. Usually that is hubby's department but he had rotator cuff surgery. So I'm going into this blind!
