I am trying to follow the South Beach Diet so that I can fit into my wedding dress in a couple of months. This is my first time going out to eat and would like to go somewhere that has a good choice of protein options. Would love a round of clams or oysters on the half shell for an appetizer and a nice lean steak or piece of grilled fish for dinner. Should have some good choices for my friend who is not concerned with diet and entrees under $25. Any ideas?
