I bought a used teapot because I thought it was cute. We'll call it This Week's Bad Idea.
It's a great shape, keeps water warm a long time, and is the perfect size for me, BUT. The spout is dysfunctional. It pours fine, but when I upright the teapot water dribbles down the outside underside of the spout. is there a way to fix this? Perhaps those ugly plastic things Chinese restaurants attach to teapots?
Or perhaps I just need to call it a $3 lesson?
