couldn't spend as much time there as i wanted to, so check last year's postings for complete info. quick and far too brief summary:
had roast beef, roasted corn (wonderful!), and some ice cream from simon (?). it's a small farm that's off salt point turnpike, by where poughkeepsie and pleasant valley meet, and i forget the exact name. but the vanilla was quite good.
if you're looking to get your child id'ed by the masonics, as we were, be prepared to spend a chunk of time there. we had about 15 people in front of us, at 330 in the afternoon, and were done 1 hour later.
the roast beef guys also had roast pork, which i've never noticed before. doesn't mean that it wasn't there...i just never noticed.
taste budd's has 2 booths open now ,if you want the cream puffs (i didn't; see last year's report).
the kettle corn guy located near the amusement rides had far too small a kettle; 5 large bags, and they'd have to do a refill. so ,if you're wanting your kettle corn fix, be prepared to wait there for a while.
