French fries cooked in duck fat? I've seen a few threads on the Chicago board regarding this potentially artery-clogging treat, and how delicious they can be when prepared properly, but haven't seen them offered in SF over the six years I've lived here. Searches on threads on our SF board didn't turn anything up.
As a french fry devotee, I was wondering if anyone's heard of them being prepared here in SF or the Peninsula? Perhaps not, considering we're generally ranked one of the healthiest cities in the country...but come on, is that fair to Bay Area french fry lovers who are willing to try something different?
