Duck Fat!

At Big Y today I found D'Artagnan's Duck Fat and suddenly succumbed.
Everyone raves about it, now it's my turn to try.
What is it best for?
(Since I've had a craving to make latkes for weeks now, maybe that should be my first effort?)
