I received a whole smoked duck this A.M. from friends for whom I baby sat their dogs for a week. It came from a smoked meat shop in PA, along with a couple of smoked pigs feet (he said for my dogs..they should be so lucky) my question is on the duck. Serve hot or cold? I posted a qurey on the PA board and have not heard a thing. Suggestions? We love duck but want to do right by this bounty.
