Looking for opinions for the best options. I'm in no hurry. Have bumper crops of habaneros and bhut jolokias. Stringing up sounds easy and decorative, but super slow. Hanging the whole plant upside down in the garage is also an option. Could also do the low/slow oven, but that'll heat up the kitchen and seems to produce a more leathery product (I'm looking for dry-dry, such that I could crush or grind for recipe use). We have lots of birds with their, um, debris, so outside on open trays doesn't sound so hygienic. Ideas?
