was in Kansas City this past december and bought an 8 ounce container of a dried blend of mushroom's for $ 14.98 the blend consisted of Morel's, Porcini,Brazilian Caps,I Ivory Portabellas, Shitake,Oyster,I did not try them until just a few day's ago, fantastic, luckely my family was able to get more for me and ship them to me,so if your a lover of dried mushrooms run to Costco's for that's where they are, never saw a better price.
Also I got a goose today at Wal-Mart's for a Dollar a pound so if your wal-mart carries them now is also the time to check into it, they came down from $3.38 a pound I do this every year,and it stays good till Christmas. just thought I'd share this with my fellow chowhounds.
