Okay, I tried the Dreamfields spaghetti last night. Flavor was fine as was the texture. It was a bit more al dente than I prefer and as I continued to test and cook I finally realized that it did not matter how long I was going to cook it, it was going to be a bit chewy. It will be good for Chinese 2 sides brown, the macaroni should hold up in soups and not get all flabby, I can probably use the spaghetti in Pho. I am not sure with the firmness issue if I will try the linguini, but will probably buy the penne for pasta salads.
