Dream-worthy dishes to salivate for as I recommence Atkins/ South Beach??!!

I dine out most lunches and dinners, and do love pasta, bread, potatoes, risotto, rice, noodles, sandwiches, beans, gnocchi, dumplings, sushi, etc.

This isn't a question of whether I should do Atkins, as I KNOW that it is the only plan that has worked for me to quickly shed 5-8 lbs and keep them off even when I return to the above foods daily.

But do need some dream-worthy foods to which I can look forward to for destination meals. Any price, though 80% of the time will be eating casually with average food cost (entree, or app and entree, or just two apps, etc) of $30.

Also, doing more of the South Beach Diet, so won't be having a 20 oz steak or pot of fondue!

Start of my ideas:

Sashimi, cuke rolls, ceviche

Soups: gazpacho, chicken/ beef veg (w/o thickeners or potato, etc), consomme

Main course salads: cobb, chopped, nicoise, frisee aux lardons, etc

Of course, the obvious, meat, fish, poultry and green vegetable or cauliflower available at most places

Burger/ turkey burger at many places with abundant lettuce and some tomato w/o bread

7-11's Crystal Light/ Diet Coke Slurpees -- yes, love those!!

Sausage (lean), mustard, and sauerkraut at a few German places

Fab omelettes w/ side of salad/ tomatoes

Sandwiches served on low-carb bread (Janet's, which isn't the best, seems the only one available at places like EJ's Luncheonette)

Eagerly ISO some truly inspring dishes that I can look forward to days in advance which will keep me chowishly motivated!!
