Downtown pizza by the slice?

Silverlake Bodhisattva | Oct 27, 2005 02:42 PM

New pizza place opened in my line of sight from my office window: "Next Door Pizza". They sell thin crust, by the slice. Though they are not cheap ($2.75 for a smallish vege. slice) their stuff seems very good so far.
The place just north of 7th on Flower ("Mama Mia"?) is a disapointment; while they've got HUGE slices, they're bready and mushy and $5 each.

Lamonica's has a branch downtown; when they're good, they're pretty good, but I've found them wildly inconsistent.

CPK is CPK, take'm or leave'm.

Anyone tried Pitfire downtown yet?

Other thoughts? I've got a long lease on this office...
