DOTM March 2018: Homemade Pasta

Welcome to our DOTM reporting thread for March, 2018. Our dish this month is (Italian) Homemade Pasta. This is going to be a fun, interesting, and possibly more challenging (or at least time consuming) dish than usual. I’m looking forward to hearing about this kitchen adventure.
