Dosa Allee, SF Tenderloin review w/ PICS

hhc | Dec 24, 201708:43 AM

I tried out Dosa Allee for dinner one night. It's in the old Showdog space on Market by Golden Gate Theater.

Only one other table so not busy at 6pm, not a good sign.

I got Masala dosa $11.99 and it comes with dal, and 3 sauces on the side. My dosa was very pale, not crispy, and just one scoop of potato mixture inside. Sauces were ok - not sure what they are called, one coconut taste, and others I don't remember much. Dal was fine.

Charged my dish. Friend got chai - not free $2.49, and those fried Indian balls dessert called Gulab jamon $3.50 for 2 balls, he liked them.

One unisex bathroom need key, you go through the wallpaper door, then there's another door Unisex bathroom need key to go in.
