I would like to know all the recipes of Dos Toros in New York.
Where do they get flour tortillas (if they make em, what is the portion of each ingredient tho I know where do they get their corn ones)
How do they season their meats? Is there any way I can get to know how do they cook their foods?

I would like to open a taqueria in Korea. Thanks !!
