Donovan-Mackenzies and the SoNo Restaurant Scene

UWStoSONO | Feb 17, 200902:34 PM     8

I know it's cliche but good food at an honest price, equals: SUCCESS. With all the other overpriced junk that continues to fail in South Norwalk, it's good to see a restaurant packed on a Monday night. My wife and I spent only $5 more on dinner at Donovans than we spent on breakfast the same day at the struggling Sono Diner. And that's with 2 beers at Donovan's. I'm sorry, but It's tough to justify a $12 sandwich at a diner.

By the way, don't forget to try the wings at Donovan's They're "twice-baked," whatever that means - and very good.
