Merry Christmas!
I am making Potatoes Lorette ( deep fried mashed potatoes and eclair paste) for Christmas dinner today. I want to use a disposable pastry bag but I don't have any. I am unfamiliar with them. Are they stronger than Ziploc type bags? Potatoes are heavier than icing so I need a strong bag. I had a Ziploc fail in the past while piping ricotta gnocchi. If you can link a good bag sold on Amazon, that would be much appreciated.
