Inspired by the "Disapponting Dishes" thread below. I'll start with the Tuscan Tripe & Trotters and (spear?)mint appetizer that I had at Incanto a couple of weeks ago. Not boring sounding, exactly, but I'd never knowingly had tripe before, and wanted to take a chance. It simply blew me away with its deliciousness, not that the rest of the meal didn't keep up with the pace.
