Dish you first made from a COTM that you keep coming back to?

Last night, as I made the Roasted Cod with Charmoula from Arabesque (which I usually make with halibut) for the zillionth time, it occurred to me that the first time I made it was when we did Arabesque as COTM. This got me wondering: Are there any recipes from previous COTMs that have become standbys in your kitchen?
